Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and cannot resell or restock returned items.

Please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Pink Hygiene reusable bamboo charcoal sanitary pads are eco-friendly, skin-friendly, and comfortable sanitary pads designed to provide a sustainable alternative to disposable pads. They come in two sizes: Small, Medium and Large.

Using our pads is simple:

1. Place the pad in your underwear with the charcoal side facing up.
2. Secure it with the wings by snapping the buttons underneath.
3. Change the pad every 8-9 hours or as needed.

2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes if needed.
3. Wash by hand or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
